At Ranthambore Wildlife, we are committed to providing exceptional safari and tour experiences. Please read our cancellation and refund policy below:
1. Safari and Tour Package Bookings
Cancellation by Customer:
Once the booking is confirmed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
We recommend you carefully review your booking before finalizing your reservation.
Cancellation by Ranthambore Wildlife:
In the rare event that we need to cancel your safari or tour due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, park closures), we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
2. Safari and Tour Rescheduling
Customers may request to reschedule their safari or tour up to 48 hours before the scheduled date.
Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the tour will be subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.
3. No Show Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled safari or tour, no refund will be provided.
4. Refund Process
As no refunds are offered after the booking is confirmed, the booking amount is non-refundable.
5. Special Circumstances
In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we may consider rescheduling or offering a partial refund at our discretion. Documentation may be required for special consideration.
