At Ranthambore Wildlife, we are committed to providing exceptional safari and tour experiences. Please read our cancellation and refund policy below:

1. Safari and Tour Package Bookings

  • Cancellation by Customer:

    • Once the booking is confirmed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

    • We recommend you carefully review your booking before finalizing your reservation.

  • Cancellation by Ranthambore Wildlife:

    • In the rare event that we need to cancel your safari or tour due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, park closures), we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

2. Safari and Tour Rescheduling

  • Customers may request to reschedule their safari or tour up to 48 hours before the scheduled date.

  • Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the tour will be subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.

3. No Show Policy

  • If you do not show up for your scheduled safari or tour, no refund will be provided.

4. Refund Process

  • As no refunds are offered after the booking is confirmed, the booking amount is non-refundable.

5. Special Circumstances

  • In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we may consider rescheduling or offering a partial refund at our discretion. Documentation may be required for special consideration.
